The room was clean and a decent size. Valet only for parking (so that got expensive). Keys would work then not work (not ideal). Trying to get service at the on site restaurant was not very good, but ok. For the price it was a pretty good deal overall.

Terrible experience—stay at the DoubleTree across the street instead. We extended our stay before arriving, but the hotel had no record of it, despite charging us. They couldn’t even find our reservation for the extension and abruptly kicked us out in the morning without giving us time to pack. It was beyond embarrassing. Now, I’m on the phone fighting for a refund and planning to escalate this to corporate. The staff was incredibly rude, and to make matters worse, the food was awful. When we checked into the DoubleTree, they treated us much better and even mentioned that we weren’t the first guests to complain about the Hilton. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Worth it if you're near Anaheim or Buena Park.

Enjoyed it. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean building and rooms. The room was dark enough and cool enough for good sleep. Only downsides were the bar was expensive and the restaurant was slow with my food.
