I was going to Knott's Berry Farm and it was convenient right across the street.

The cleaning products used were so heavily scented that they gave my husband a headache. This place is rundown and the mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. The front desk clerk was nice and check in was easy. I would not stay here unless you just want a cheap place to spend the night. Definitely not a place to feel like you’re on vacation.

Property was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had left a few items behind and they called us right away to return them to us. The rooms themselves were clean. Beds comfortable enough to sleep after a long day of walking/standing. Pillows could have been softer but overall my sleep was decent. The door needed a new seal so sound and weather could not impact sleep or comfort. The bathroom was clean and no mold found. No bugs found. The drive to Disney was an easy 15-20 min drive

First time Here !

Moisture all over the room (walls and doors). Not recommended for someone with allergies or asthma … it was a nightmare for me ! Bed sheets were ripped , one night I asked for extra blankets and they were stained and ripped ! Not satisfied !

By the looks of the hotel, not very aesthetically pleasing, but the rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. The area is not so bad could use a little paint other than that not too shabby. Within walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm, which was A major plus.

The staff was friendly and nice. We had an issue with our shower and gave me the option to fix or change room. They happily changed our room at request. The rooms were aged, but clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a short walk to Knotts vs paying for parking. Located across the street from soak city. I would book there next time visiting Knotts!

The pool was nice and heated. My only problem was that our hotel room had conjoined room and the door seemed like it had been kicked in before. Other than that it was a decent place to stay at.
