Were it not for an unresolved air conditioning issue I’d rate this place as great! It is well-appointed, clean, modern. Rooms are top of class and spacious. Breakfast buffet included in our rate at a very reasonable amount was amazing. But our a/c did not work. They worked on it the first night and next day. It came on about 5pm for a while then got hot again overnight. I asked at check-out for an adjustment but since we had pre-paid through Expedia it is unlikely we will see any credit. Other than the a/c I would stay here again. Very well located. 10-20 minute walks on flat ground to the market, sites, and multiple restaurants. Just get the a/c fixed!

They even had a sauna that I thought was cool just put a time slot in just to be sure it’s free . I love the walkable distance for food . I loved me room I had the loft style . Breakfast was good I tried Hungarian dishes for the first time . Staff was nice and friendly

Alexa who checked us in was rude and left us stood for at least five minutes, when she did eventually check us in she was conversing with other guests and getting luggage from left luggage for previous guests. Not the kind of service expected. In a residential area with lots of eateries and bars etc around. Very convenient for Metro. We booked for the air conditioning in the room but it did not work, we called down to Alexa and she said we couldnt have air con on in the room as the nights are too cold. Well it wasnt for us the room was very hot even with temp set on the lowest. We booked a room with air con as I am always hot so did not sleep for four nights. We opened the window and that was noisy. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety and the staff were amazing. We did not get clean towels on sunday the hpuse keeper took them.of the floor and placed them back also did not replenish toilet paper....not four star service. A shame about the air conditioning and Alexa who checked us in otherwise would have been a much more pleasant experience.

We stayed in a duplex suite which was lovely & spacious on the top floor. The hotel itself was clean & modern & the breakfast had a really good variety of food & drink options (although if you like a proper English breakfast, don't expect it to be exactly as it is in the UK). It was in a quieter location but we still found it easy to get everywhere either on foot, taxi or tram. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to the river with some lovely bars and restaurants. Nearby one of the main bus stops for the airport. Large room and bed, very clean, great shower room. Tea and coffee provided. The buffet breakfast I don’t usually like but this one was excellent with lots of choice. The staff are polite and friendly. Very good value at the price I paid.

It was walkable to the main attractions of the city if you are fit and don’t mind getting your steps in. There is a metro stop 2 minutes away if you prefer to get a ride. I’d recommend it, for the price paid it was great value. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel, in a good loc

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and we appreciated the help we received from the receptionist. The hotel, was in a quiet, but convenient location, felt modern and was exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable and the beds had been set out as we requested. The shower room was a good size and again, very clean and in very good condition. My only dislike was the glass panel between bedroom and shower room, which although was obscured glass, it wasn't ideal for a room share situation. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choice from cereals and pastries to cold meats and cooked options. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would be very happy to book again.
