Was a bad choice the hotel it’s too old and the staff members not professional, the toilet broke I was without toilet for whole nigh they didn’t bother fixing they didn’t even offer me another room it was my birthday night and I regretted choosing this hotel

Good accommodation close to thermal baths .

Good stay , lovely room and bathroom . Fridge & kettle in the room , would have been handy having some tea and coffee , only sugar there . No bottles of water . Good quality towels and bed linen . Reception lady was really polite and helpful . Would stay again . Close to thermal baths , transport .

Affordable, charming, great location

Booked this hotel as it was quite affordable, central location, and a bit unique - service was amazing, check in was smooth and reception were friendly and helpful. The location was great - a bit awkward but once you get your bearings it's a short walk to either side of the city, with shops and restaurants either a 5-10 minute walk on the hotel side or 15-20 minutes across the bridge. The views from the hotel were stunning, it was so nice to be on the water with the parliament building lit at night visible from the deck. At check out, reception booked us an airport transfer and kept our bags until our departure so we could spend our last day walking around freely. The room itself was nice but maybe not so modern, very charming. The bed was two small beds pushed together which was not the most comfortable or romantic setting with thin pillows and two small blankets, however we were so busy during the days that we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyways. The hotel bar was beautiful with great service, the restaurant was closed while we were there which was a shame but expected in the off season I suppose. The only negative was the walls were VERY thin - we could hear our neighbors from all sides at all times, and there was noises all through the night. The shower had great pressure but no bathtub. Overall, would definitely stay here again, very affordable and charming!

Floating hotel is great and also in a great location. Staff are very friendly especially the always smiling Victoria on the front desk. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome experience in cruise hotel On Danube river

Overall amazing stay. - Smooth checkin - Checkout time extended for us as per request - Awesome view from room and from deck - Friendly receptionists at front desk; got many tips about travelling budapest - Water and other soft drinks available at the reception so you can buy anytime without bothering. Also two bottles of water were complimentary. - And most importantly it was my wife's birthday on the day we checked in and we got a wine bottle gift from the receptionist when she got to know the same. - Not any cons as such but since it's a cruise with central AC so temperature and ventilation might not be proper and suitable for all. If you feel such, just call the reception and tell them to adjust the AC as per your wish. We called and they fixed it within 15 minutes.

Very small cabins and although asked for a river view it was literally less than a foot above the flowing river. Obviously you couldn’t open the portholes so slightly claustrophobic and small I feel. Lovely staff and clean with great service. Good location although would stay Pest side next time.

The decor was lovely, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the food was great! The only thing I could fault was the lack of heat in the bedroom but luckily I like a cool bedroom.

A very different place to stay. Boat was super, room was pleasing and the staff were great. Didn't like the Bed - it was very hard and uncomfortable and had the usual European single duvets. The heating was set too high and we couldn't seem to turn it down. It was very hot overnight. The bathroom sink gurgled all night but we couldn't hear it with the plug down and the door shut. There were several rips in the carpet. Other than the heating, these are quite small things... Overall though, it was a nice place to stay and we would go there again if we were in Budapest

Staying on a boat on the Danube was a fun experience, and looking out the porthole to find we had been sleeping under water was a treat every morning. Staff were so helpful and it had a great bar. It is a bit off the main tourist area but the hop on hop off bus is literally a few minute walk away which means you can get round the city very easily.

Birthday treat.

Overall very good. However the boat was far too hot and with no ventilation in terms of windows that open this made it a little uncomfortable. This said the more than helpful staff provided a fan for our room. The staff were fantastic. The evening menu in the restaurant was limited and not quite to our satisfaction but that is just personal taste. Restaurant staff excellent and bar drinks very reasonable. Hotel location superb.
