Stuff it’s the only good thing about this “hotel” feels more like a hostel with a terrible smell inside the room - you can’t even make a tea because the it smalls so Badly!!! Pillows are old you can have a feeling some bugs can come out at night - street is busy and loud - at 4amI was listening conversation and had sigarets woke in my windows

Everything on TV is translated to hungarian. How come there is no english? Since most of the visiting customers are not locals, it is expected to have english stations. In summary, nothing to watch on the Tv. Couldnt be worse. Better to cancel the tv from the room.

Nice hotel. But get up early for breakfast.

Room was small but adequate. Shower is amazing. Breakfast room too cramp and disappointed on second morning when the offerings were sparse.

We had two bedrooms. One bedroom was simply smelly (sewage) and in the other bedroom the glasses and mugs were dirty. The rooms are beautiful but need to be better cleaned. Breakfast was good but tables had dirty items on them.

They have no internet at the property. You will only get wifi in the lobby in the mornings, even then it is extremely slow. The staff know this issue, but pretend that the issue does not exist - they laugh about it. Extremely unprofessional. I was staying for work, and needed to use Wifi and not have to use data roaming. The AC does not work, it spits out hot air only, the thermostat is broken. Towels provided had marks on them, the bed sheets were not done properly. Do not understand why this is a 4 star hotel.

Would absolutely recommend!

I had a really positive experience at Marmara Hotel!!! I was on a trip with my mom, grandma, and sister and our rooms were comfortable, clean, and connected by an outer door so even though we didn’t have the same room, we had a shared space which was really nice! I was very impressed with the staff at the hotel!!! They helped me get a ride to the airport scheduled in advance and were very responsive and helpful about that. The hotel was also a great location that made walking to everything very feasible!!! We arrived before check-in time so our rooms were not ready but they allowed us to store our luggage which worked perfectly. Would absolutely recommend others to stay here!!!

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful and professional staff. The hotel is in a great central position in the city but the street where it’s situated belies the lovely interior. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast; limited buffet style & not particularly appealing but there are lots of nice diners and delis close by to make up for this. Really enjoyed my stay and would use this hotel again
