We had a great time here in Budapest and at the Kimpton. Would highly recommend for a city break, it’s easy to get to each side of Budapest and the hotel is lovely (spa is included!). We got upgraded thanks to Petra, who was very accommodating. All of the staff were 11/10 and we throughly enjoyed the stay. Social hour and coffee morning always makes a Kimpton feel good. Staff are knowledgeable on their restaurant recommendations also!

We were curious about staying at a new hotel and even though it’s a bit outside of the touristic city center, we really enjoyed the location. The service was probably the best thing about the stay. All of the staff were super accommodating making it a great experience. Can’t recommend this hotel enough - would stay there again.

Almost all was good. Only negatives are: phone base in room is flimsy. Needs to be fixed to the table. Lighting at toilet mirror very poor. Can hardly see face when shaving. Needs shaving mirror. Sauna is excellent but requiring bathing suits is not hygienic. This should be nude or optional
