I loved the look and feel of the hotel- very modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has great breakfast hours and an amazing variety of food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Budapest. It's very conveniently located. You can walk to most of the major attractions. I love it!

Very clean and in very good shape. Staf is friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is very diversified. I gave only 4 stars because AC does run both low speed and not enough low temperature for this hot days. At night time we had to wake up and take a shower to cool down our bodies. Bedside the cooling problem I will highly recommend this hotel.

1 room , king bed, 3 night stay.
Rooms are literally tiny. Bed, and pull down desk that is size of breakfast in bed table. This is in the wall below the TV. Too small to hold stuff. The bed faces a wall with open hanger rod with 5 hangers in it. And bed faces the bathroom sink and mirror. Fortunately the commode is private with closed door. But the shower isn’t. While it is not visible directly from the bed, you step out of the standing shower right in front of the bathroom sink. And that’s where you change. And this is directly in front of the bed! We knew there wouldn’t be any supplies. We had asked for iron and board and they accommodated that. There is no phone in the room to call help desk for information! You have a question you call on your personal phone or come all the way down. No refrigerator. No table to eat, god forbid you bring takeaway. Staff were courteous. I do have a good thing to say. Breakfast was Fantastic! Fruits to veggies for salad, various different breads, and several different cheese slices and cold cuts. Eggs, oatmeal and bagels and much more. If you love breakfast (I am not. I eat late in the day), kinda skinny and don’t fill up the room with just 1 person standing there, then this room is for you. Family, even party of 2 who want some privacy, females who love clothes, these are some people who won’t be happy with the rooms.

We liked the central location of the hotel; it's close to everything: metro stations, museums, and monuments. The hotel breakfast was very nice, with many options to choose from. The room was also a nice space, with a peaceful spot to sit at in the window and watch time pass by. It was a very nice hotel!

This property has a fantastic location, close to all modes of transportation. Check in was a breeze, pre-arranged a ride from airport. Your stay includes breakfast with a nice assortment to chose from. Close to all tourist must see attractions and 5 min walk to the Danube. Many wonderful restaurants in the vicinity with authentic Hungarian dishes. There is also a grocery store and convenience store 2 mins away. Highly recommend this hotel, excellent service and clean comfortable rooms.

The location is superb. It's two blocks from St. Stephan's, and there are a lot of things to do close by. My problem with the hotel is the design, particularly with the rooms. Everything is ultra-modern, stark, all glass and metal and stone. The shower is literally a glassed-in area next to the bed. For people who desire a little privacy, you get it only in the fully-enclosed toilet room, not the shower and basin area. It took a few minutes of searching to find out how some of the lights work. For instance, the lights over the shower are controlled from a glass touch switch array on each side of the bed's headboard, not from anything next to the shower. I was able to make the air-conditioning work, but the controls are nothing like "set the temperature and the fan speed and let it go." We didn't have a lot of interface with the staff, but they were courteous and helpful. The breakfast had enough variety that everyone can find things to fill up on. The elevators were fast and convenient. The whole hotel was very clean. If you like modern, this is your place. If you want something a little more traditional, maybe not.

My family had an excellent time at the H2 hotel. The location was perfect with restaurants a Lidl supermarket and even a pharmacy so close. The hotels complimentary breakfast was excellent with so many choices. Finally when our flight was cancelled on our final day, we were able to stay the additional day in the hotel without issue I would definitely recommend this hotel
