Overall Amazing stay, perfect location but our iven was not working and we raised this with staff twice and no feedback was given only told when were checking out that it needs to ne replaced. Whilst we managed without it, better communication could have helped.

Very secure property with excellent black out blinds. Bed very hard asked for topper after night one as option given in online accommodation. None arrived so used extra quilt under cover. Towels one hand and bath for 5 days, asked several times none arrived. If we had washing tablets would have washed ourselves. Other than this would recommend and visit again.

Standard accommodation in a good location.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 nights. The location, in the Jewish ghetto, was very walkable and conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Check-in was smooth as the Front Desk is available most hours of the day. We had not realized that the building was under construction and that there would be loose wires hanging from the ceiling in the wall ways. The suite itself, though was completely refurbished. It was quiet and the construction was not really a concern other than being careful in the hallways and stairs. Our accommodation was a good size and comfortable, but the floors quite dusty from the construction. We had no heat in the room, the front desk staff said they could supply a plug in heater ... it never arrived. The shower had a glass enclosure, however it did not have the required seals to keep the water inside the shower. We could not use the tub as the plug did not work. Showering was awkward however the water was hot. We had to use our towels to soak up the water on the floor .. as only two bath towel were supplied .. we asked for more .. again they did not arrive. The kitchen has only the very basic tools....no microwave or toaster. We managed but would have loved the microwave. The washing machine was the best part of the unit ... thank you. As we were travelling for a month it was wonderful to laundry our clothing. The room was standard but we slept well & felt safe but we would have loved a working shower, and extra towels.

Sehr gute Lage und toll eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider in manchen Fällen etwas zu Wünschen übrig und überall im Gebäude waren Baustellen aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten.

Good

The rooms are very nice and it’s close to the main tourist places in Budapest, however the hotel is under renovation and the corridors, lift and stairs are all boarded up and wires hanging out. There’s no lights in the stair well either. Once the renovation is done I’m sure it will look very nice.

The apartments are in a good location, well appointed, and an extremely good price. The only problem was the air conditioning not being cool enough, and also the lift interior not being fully built.

Great location and spacious. You have a kitchen, washing machine and a somewhat working coffe machine. However, there were ants in the bathrooms and one bathroom smelled a bit like mold. Also one of the toilet lids had a crack. I would say that it was a solid experience given the price.

There was a lot of maintenance going on at the apartments wires hanging from ceilings ,constant drilling from around 8.30 in the morning till early evening. The drains in the shower were blocked and smellind awful. We weren't informed prior to our arrival of any building work taking place

A modern spacious clean apartment in great area.

A modern, spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable in a great location. The shower was lovely (but had some water leaking from the base). We were glad we could wash some clothes in the washing machine.. Check in was friendly and efficient. There were some renovations going on when we were there but they did not cause any problems.

We love our stay, everything you want to see in Budapest is within walking distance. The area is very cool. You have the ruin bars, lots of food options, supermarkets, tram, metro stations, cafés, shopping, everything is within walking distance. The place was easy to find, clean, neatly arranged, spacious, you feel at home. You have a fridge, kitchenette well equipped to make a quick meal, a dishwasher (soap provided), a washing machine (soap provided), enough towels and toiletries, comfy beds, you have a kettle and a nespresso machine (coffee pods and tea provided), we loved it here. Originally we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and moved to a 1 bedroom apartment for our extended stay. Both apartments were fabulous! We are a couple so the one bedroom was cozy and perfect for us, the 2 bedroom was extra and as lovely, it would have easily fit 5 people with the sofa bed We love walking so we walked everywhere but you have the tram and metro nearby and so easy to understand and get by. The people at the reception were lovely, they made us feel comfortable and welcome, so much that we decided to stay longer; special thanks to Slawoj (spelling?!), he was amazing to deal with, he organized everything for our extra stay and made it so smooth, he was amazing. And thanks to Blanca who gave us great recommendations, taught us some Hungarian words that were helpful and made sure we were well set up. We will be back to this place and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We stayed for five nights, our second time there. The place is excellent and clean. The only downside is that the place is under construction, and parking costs per day. But I really recommend this place for families for sure i will come back
