Airport hotels need to be near the airport so are often not in the nicest area - this one is no exception. However, once inside, the hotel is very nice - the room was spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful in arranging free transport to the airport in the early morning and the restaurant was excellent.

My stay at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Bucharest Airport was overall lovely with a few minor downsides. Pros: The customer service was great throughout my stay. I appreciated the bottle of water provided on arrival. The airport transfer was convenient and very affordable at just 1 Euro. Cons: The AC system was disappointing. Despite setting it to 10 degrees, it always felt like heat, making the room quite warm. This warmth attracted mosquitoes, which disturbed my sleep as I couldn't get rid of them. The feather pillows were a downside for me, as I'm allergic to feathers. Additionally, there’s not much to do in the immediate area, but I did visit a spa nearby, which was a short taxi ride away, costing about £5. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the excellent customer service.

Overall, 4.5 stars out of 5. The reason for the slight deduction would have to go to: 1) Lack of cool air-conditioning - even though it was on and working, it was blowing out semi-cold air; 2) Lack of availability of English Breakfast/Earl Grey Tea Bags. Other than that, it has been an excellent stay. Close to the airport and Therme Bucharesti, and not too far from the malls. The staff were excellent too. Especially Daniela. She went above and beyond her job role to make our stay even more memorable.
