Could not find our reservation - we book some time ago. Fixed that and gave us a cabin. Very rustic to say the least. Breakfast was terrible. Location is this the only thing that this hotel has.

Room was as we expected from the reservation. Room was clean although the property is a bit outdated. Staff was very friendly and very willing to provide anything we needed. Breakfast was subpar but ok.

Not in good shape bathtub dirty, shower curtain torn and dirty or moldy at the bottom, HVAC could not maintain a temperature, either was too hot or too cold, entrance door was not sealed completely and since it was directly outside, drafty, toilet would not flush toilet paper without multiple flushes. Many other things, too many to mention, made this property uncomfortable to stay in. I’ve been traveling for business and pleasure over 45 years and this is the second worst property I’ve ever stayed in. This place needs a complete renovation or torn down

This is a Motel 6 from the 1970’s. It’s run down, extremely outdated, and in poor condition. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

This is not a resort! Rather a very old road side Motel!!! Pool empty; not ADA equipped; cracked cement floor in hallways; deadbolt missing (hole in door); breakfast very basic with sausage patty like leather, powdered orange juice; defunct juice machine, weak coffee, uninterested & unhelpful staff. Dinner cannot be charged to room. Breakfast starts very late at 7:30am.

This is an old property and can use some updating. The carpet needs replacing and the bathroom was missing grout in the tiles. Large room with kitchenette and if you have bikes to store there is plenty of room.

Stayed during my Mighty Five roadtrip, this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The Expedia listing makes it look a little older than it is! I really loved the location and the staff was incredibly friendly. SUPER close to Bryce Canyon and food options. Great stay!

The resort was in fine shape and the check service was great ..also the restaurant had very good food. Sadly the room was overdosed with the smell of cleaning products ... really extreme and un called for. Also the room was somewhat dark and the lighting was strange bare bulb LED fixtures with dimmers that flickered ... on the positive side the room was very affordable and close to the Bryce canyon park which is where we spent most of our time ... ease up on those disinfectant products !
