Very Good

The dining room service was horrible. The server, Madison, was the worst waitress I’ve ever had. Extremely unfriendly and sarcastic attitude. Would never go there again.
Stayed a couple of nights while exploring the area. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub looked nice but didn’t use it. Ice machine is in the lobby which isn’t always open so plan accordingly. Overall very pleased with our stay here.
The pool was not available during our stay, which was disappointing. The rooms were clean; bathroom was adequate . Or friend's refrigerator was bigger than ours (in room 105) so between us we had enough room to store our food. Conveniently located to BC Nat'l Pk. Excellent restaurant next to the motel. It was quiet. No noisy fellow guests at the motel.
We had a wonderful time in Bryce National Park and came home to our nice clean, comfortable room both nights. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the town and then a couple more miles to the park. It's a great location that has a wonderful restaurant. Our meals were delicious and portions were so large that we couldn't finish. So happy we stayed here.
The property has some very old rooms and some much newer ones in the new building with the lobby. We stayed in an older room that had been renovated. The room was clean and spacious, but we found the shower to be very cramped (we had to duck our head to get in). Also, the room smelled like campfire smoke from a previous guest burning something in the microwave. We arrived after 5pm, so the lobby was closed and there was nobody to speak with about it.

Liked: Staff & service
Overall the stay was pretty good. The door to the cottage had a gap underneath so we stuffed a towel below the door overnight. Something that should probably be addressed.

WiFi is non existent in this, if you’re working remote, they do not have the capacity to do anything! Only reason I book this was having internet access, but was disappointed that I got better service with limited cell service.
I checked in early and was told the room wasn’t ready until 4- no big deal. We drove to Bryce and hiked a little, had dinner and returned at 7 pm. The office is locked- no one is around. An envelope with my full name and room number is written in bold, taped to door. Was SO glad I wasn’t traveling alone- so inappropriate.
We get to our room- it’s clean and simple. TV worked so we watched some NHL hockey. Went to take a shower- NO HOT water. At All. Thought maybe the tank ran out and in the morning all would be fine. NOPE. It was well water cold.
When we checked out I told the male receptionist there was no hot water and he had the audacity to ask me “ Are you sure”?
*when I was picking my envelope off the door- a lady pulled up and asked how she could make reservations- we were all like you can’t! There is no one here!
Doesn’t look a bit like the photos. Pool and hot tub were drained. No lighted hotel sign or property so hard to find after dark. Lobby closes with no staff after 7:30 and there’s no explanation anywhere of how you’ll get your keys. We drove up and saw an envelope taped to the door with our name. No shampoo, conditioner or other niceties. In fact only one bar of soap to split between sink outside the bathroom and the tub/shower inside. 1 roll of toilet paper with no backup. Lighting/outlets were wonky. Needless to say, we didn’t complete our 3 night reservation (thank you to Expedia for getting our money back).
this is a motel - old run down - stained carpets and tiles - driveway around the property broken and uneven - locks to the rooms need to be changed. for $240.00 an absolute rip off
the restaurant was average - the server was lovely -food was decent. the pictures on the website of the property is misleading
