Place was a total dump and ridiculous to charge $270 for a run down, dump of a hotel. Hotel staff was trashy. Didn’t have toilet paper in bathroom or towels upon arrival. Lamps flickered like strobe lights. Overall disgusting

Very bad service, no heater in the room, the front desk lady wanted to check us out and let us in the street at 10:30pm, we have a child! The employee was rude and refused to gave her name. I just wanted an email or a phone number I could call the next day. My husband went to ask for blankets, the employee told him that she would check us out. Seriously, how can you treat a family like this. She did offer to move us to another room with only one bed, we are a family of three so it was not an option. We got one extra blanket. It was freezing in the room.
