Friendly staff and great location Major negative point : we are in Winter and the room was cold . The heating didn’t work . The reception was made aware of the problem and they didn’t offer to change rooms . Thank god our stay was only for one night . I won’t book there again for that reason . I will be hesitant to book there in the summer too maybe the air conditioning won’t work . To be fair maybe our room was an exception but we were disappointed since it’s supposed to be a 4 stars hotel and it wasn’t cheap . For that reason we won’t book there again .

The hotel has a good location and on the surface looks very nice. But the bed was as hard as a rock. I know this is a a subjective thing for people, but it did not work for me. And there was noise coming from the street, from the hallways and the rooms adjoining. The walls are paper thin. My TV broke while I was there and it took about two days and two reminders before it was fixed. And there was mold in the bathroom.

Great location: 3 minute walk from Central Train Station; 3 minutes to Grand Place! Lovely room; comfortable bed; quiet. Wonderful breakfast! Can’t say enough - had a great stay!

Great location. Rooms are dated, but excellent location. If you don't eat pork or eggs, it is not worth paying extra to have breakfast included. Staff was wonderfully helpful.

Fantastic staff, rooms very well presented and clean. Comfy bed. Only down sides were being unable to get a coffee as bar area was closed during day and the shower was a tad restrictive and hard to get to the right temperature. Would go back - thanks

Very conveniently placed for the Grand Place. Good breakfast and service. Found the room chilly and unable to increase heating. The foyer was also cold. Overall good.

Loved our stay at the Warwick Brussels. Staff were friendly throughout our stay. The hotel has a real charm and warmth. Room was spacious and comfortable by European standards and ultra clean. Rooftop bar is a treat especially at night time.

Hotel walls were fairly thin so you can hear people talking along corridors. Room size on the narrower side. The gym was pretty well equipped. Rooms kept clean and bottles of water provided daily.

Weekend in Brussels
The hotel exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable and clean. The only negative was the noise from the street outside as it was unbearable in the middle of the night, maybe because it was a weekend but the hotel really needs to address this in regards to soundproofing. The breakfast was good. And the location was excellent, close to the station and Grand Place. Would highly recommend a visit to the Art Galleries.

The hotel is good and centrally located. The front desk is helpful but it is dependent on the person. I wish it was more consistent. I had asked for an early check in ( 1 hour earlier) and was immediately told that there are no rooms ready. Yet- I saw two guests checking in at that same time and getting their room. There cn be lot of variables in this but with a 2 year old toddler, this was sort of a dealbreaker for me. I had even contacted the hotel via the app in advance but did not get any response. For the price- the location and the rooms are pretty good.
