Really good but few issues to fix to make perfect

Hotel reception staff lovely and housekeeping great. Very difficult contacting reception by phone from room (strange AI system). WhatsApp help a bit slow and unresponsive. Restaurant OK but chicken undercooked and I would have liked more choice of dishes. Room service offering is sparse. Ordering room service breakfast is a disaster (no card, online system not working, hard to call them, inattentive taking order, order was wrong every time and no interest in catering for allergies.). Spa is very basic token offering of a sauna and steam room (which is nice temperature and clean, but changing room smelled of urine at the time I visited). Panorama lounge a nice extra touch but would like it open later until midnight. Showers have water limiter fitted which makes them quite slow and much harder to use. Fab views. Choose a corner room for the best views. Air con reasonably good.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful—when we had trouble charging our EV in the car park, he came downstairs with us and manually fixed the issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to get two nights of good sleep.

Fantastic stay

First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels

Always stay here and like the convenience and the amenities. Always have a great breakfast. The room this time was incredibly hot and fan provided didn’t make any difference. I was offered a room move but it was late in the evening when I was going out. Will stay again and ask for room with window that can be opened next time.

A Perfect Stay at The Hotel, Brussels – 5 Stars All Around! From the moment we arrived early on the Eurostar, our stay at The Hotel in Brussels was nothing short of spectacular. Despite arriving at 10:30am, we were warmly welcomed and able to check into our stunning corner suite, offering breathtaking views of the city. To kick off our trip, we celebrated with champagne delivered to our room—a moment of pure luxury! For dinner, we visited the iconic Belga Queen for incredible steak and fish. A highlight was being invited to explore the vault below the restaurant—an unforgettable experience that alone is worth the visit. Back at the hotel, the breakfast exceeded all expectations. The variety was fantastic, with healthy fruit options, excellent coffee, and so much more. Each day, we made full use of the gym, sauna, and steam room—where the views from the sauna are simply unbeatable. One evening, we ventured to what we were told is the only casino in Brussels, paired with a rooftop bar above. With cheese fondue and red wine keeping us warm, it was a cozy and memorable experience. The city’s charm was on full display at the Grand Place square, where the architecture left us in awe, and the Christmas markets added a magical touch. To top it all off, we met so many kind and beautiful people, making this trip even more special. This will now become an annual destination for us—thank you, Brussels, and thank you, The Hotel, for an unforgettable stay!
