Everything at the hotel was great. The staff was helpful. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. There were even friuts and other foods in the lobby for guests. My only complaint is that we should have had more signage in the Brussels Airport directing us on how to get to check-in.

Good hotel conveniently located at airport
Sheraton Brussels is a good hotel conveniently located just infront of the airport. One cna literally walk over from hotel to airport. The hotel has a good restaurant and room service and server excellent food. The rooms were well stocked and spacious.

Stained carpet in bedroom. View from bedroom right into a multi-level parking lot so have to keep all window blinds closed at all times. Steps from the entrance to the airport so very convenient.

The hotel is convenient for connecting flights. The front desk services is unprofessional, and Manager is not well suited for his position. He doesn't have good conflict resolution skill, and front desk always argue that " According to Belgium law" such and such things are not allowed, which is completely false. They need to be retrained specially manager needs to be more convincing. Very bad experience, and will not stay there or recommend this place to anyone.

Rude and belligerent
We were traveling with two kids and encountered a very disappointing experience at the hotel. They tried to charge us an outrageous 350 euros for a second room and were unbelievably rude and aggressive—right in front of my kids. The situation was distressing, but thankfully, Expedia's customer service stepped in. They were professional, empathetic, and resolved the issue quickly. I cannot thank them enough for their help in what could have been a nightmare. Expedia has earned my loyalty for handling this situation so effectively.
