Hotel in a great spot for linking up with other cities via the Eurostar or rail network - not a great hotel to walk into Brussels from as area is quite run down. Staff very friendly, room very comfortable and food delicious. Would use it as a base if back in Brussels again (using the train to go into the centre)

I understand why youd want a hotel near a train station but the element around metro stations makes this hotel undesirable for a tourist IMO. Id never recommend this location to friends. Albeit onxe inside the hotel its Pullman quality. But the traffic the crowd the noise its just damn ridiculous. Sirens, taxi horns blowing people yelling. Not good not food at all

No A/C and no hot water ... uncomfortable stay

Do NOT stay here if you need A/C to sleep. It was a warm day/night. We checked in and the room was stifling hot so they offered to change us to a different room. That room was only slightly better. Staff found me a small fan and I got a bucket of ice from the bar. NEXT big problem .... zero hot water for a shower after sweating all night. We couldn't even get hot water in the bathroom sink1

Very nice hotel and professional staff. Comfortable bed and consistent Wi Fi. Breakfast is plentiful. Though the location is not necessarily the most desirable or nicest area in Brussels, it is very convenient to the main MIDI/Zuid train station. The Grand Place is an easy 20-25 minutes' walk. It is an excellent choice, if you want to stay by the MIDI station. Thank you.

Hot water and air conditioning didn’t work and telling the front to be told sorry no technician on the weekend without any problem solving is lazy. Staff didn’t try to interact any time we left or came back and there wasn’t even enough towels in the room for the people booked, was told someone would bring them and 6 hours later had to go get ourselves. Lazy staff need some customer centric training
