Good location but we were placed in a room right next to construction without being told in advance which was inconvenient since they started early in the morning and we also had the housekeeper walk into our room more than once with us being in there and without them knocking in advance which made us both very uncomfortable

An average hotel

The stay was ok. Hotel was easy to find and in a quiet zone. Lounge area was comfortable and had a little self-service store with snacks. Unfortunately luggage storing cost money (coin lockers). Also the first floor (at least) was almost completely under construction and stunk. All of our rooms lights didn't seem to turn on, and I had to pay city taxes twice? Overall for a one night stay the hotel was fine and the room was clean, just had a lot of confusing things I would've loved to know beforehand. Also sort of unnecessary that the mobile check-in has a possibility to answer "coming before 12pm" when there is no way even to pay to get the room before 3pm...? So maybe not the best hotel for people in a rush to get places like we were. Was a fine hotel, just wanted to let other visitors know!

The room was fine and the location was perfect for us. We had an issue with the TV & the heat. I suggest they leave direction on how to use things in the room if they are not going to have someone available to take care of these issues.

Fantastic location & staff - Let down by room

• Fantastic location - Only took a couple of minutes to walk to the Grand Place from the hotel. • Friendly & accommodating staff - Met all of our requests. • Small shop with snacks and beverages etc. in reception was an excellent addition - Albeit a bit pricey! • Standard buffet breakfast - Staff on hand & topping up throughout. • Room very small & basic (nothing to write home about) - Little to no soundproofing (luckily we are heavy sleepers) - Overall disappointed with room (no tea/coffee facilities as pictured) … OK for short stay.

Stayed 3 nights to experience the Christmas markets. Excellent location. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble no matter how small, even had an early check in thrown in which was greatly appreciated after the travelling. Rooms were basic but ideal for a weekend. Highly recommended.
