Nice, new hotel near airport. Everything was excellent except for the lack of a shuttle to and from the airport. No restaurants nearby but food in the hotel restaurant was fine.

It was sufficient for a short trip. It had been advertised with a gym / fitness centre: this didn’t turn out to be the case. This was a huge miss. They could easily have rectified this. The staff were great.

Hotel parking lot was pain. required access and exit codes over and over again making guests to walk back to lobby for access and exit codes to park your car and exit from lot. very annoying.

Le check in a pris presque 1h ( nous étions 4 collègues). Les employés de la réception étaient désespérés de la lenteur de l'informatique. J' ai du payer sur place la taxe ( comme prévu), mais aussi le parking que j'avais déjà payé lors de la réservation hotels.com. Je vérifierai à mon retour si le parking a été payé 2 fois. La liaison informatique entre Holiday Inn et hotels.com a besoin d'une amélioration significative. A court terme, au moins, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel .

Nice rooms but service level totally unprofessional. We had a dinner at the restaurant but when we paid the bill (hugely expensive) I asked to get details of what we eat and price split by each item. Well, they were not able to find the list of what we have eaten. They said they should send us an email but still this email didn't come. I suppose they charged on my bill someone else dinner. They were not even able to find the details of our table. Come on!
