One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was gorgeous, it felt like a movie set. The bathroom was state of the art and huge. The staff was impeccable and the breakfast buffet was like a gourmet feast. Location was a five minute walk to the center. Simply the best.

The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly, the decor is amazing and everywhere is very clean. The slight downside is the room was very warm, the air con is controlled by reception and seems to be on a timer as it didn’t stay on for long which made it a little difficult to sleep during the night but other than that we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

The staff and the hotel was 5 star plus. Right across the street a guy reached into my purse and grabbed my wallet. A gentleman and my daughter ran after him and my daughter grabbed my wallet! Overall, I did not feel safe in Brussels!

Stunning Hotel, beautifully finished
a beautiful room, with every detail taken care of. The bathroom was recently renovated and impeccably clean. A wonderful stay at the Fleur De Ville - would absolutely stay here if we came again.

Excellent value with an upscale feel!
This hotel was perfect for visiting the Brussels Christmas Markets and all the old town sights, all of which are within about half a mile. There are tons of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The decor in the rooms is upscale and the common space is beautiful, particularly the dining room. The rooms are lovely and we received a welcome note, which was a nice touch. Definitely an excellent value with an upscale feel!

Beautiful hotel with less polished service.
Beautiful hotel. Loved the decor in our room, which was elegant luxurious. Functional stylish bathroom. Everything very clean. Five stars for the room and building itself. Location was central, and easy walking to sights and restaurants. Negative experience which dropped the overall rating was service. Unbelievably variable for this level hotel. Some front desk staff were ignorant, one was more interested in his cell phone than helping us multiple times. No greeting when entering, no offer to help with luggage when checking out at 6 am although obviously not busy etc. No interest how our stay was. There were a couple of positive exceptions, including a young lady who helped with restaurant reservations. But this unfortunately brought down the overall positive experience.
