Staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Bradley at the front desk on the night we arrived. He went beyond to welcome us, check us in quickly and assign us a pet friendly room. Location is great, very close to the I-95. The facilities were generally clean, but our room needed a bit more attention to detail, in particular the bathroom floor tiles. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, good value for the money.

Arrived, got a room and when we entered I turned on the a/c but it didn’t work. We went straight back downstairs to tell the front desk. The lady was rude and said “ok apparently the a/c isn’t working” with some sass, no sorry and is the room still clean? We were in it for 30 seconds. Got another room, carpets were dirty, sofa was stained, pool was dirty (clouded couldn’t see the bottom) hot tub was dirty and the jets were weird they came up from the bottom. Breakfast was subpar. Not much selection and the food wasn’t good. Wouldn’t stay there again! Spend a little more and get a nicer place.

I always use Microtel when possible during my travels. This one needs new bathrooms and change of carpets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use Microtel but hope this one will update the rooms.
