Booked 2 room for close together, check in at 3 , arrived 3:15 1 room not ready for another hour, 1 room on 1st floor and other room on second floor, bed sheets looked wrinkled like the bed was made up and that's was it. Bed lamps 3 ft above head board so you had to get out of bed 2 turn lamps on. Offered no credit for rooms not ready and making me and family wait an hour.. front desk nice but offered nothing for the inconvenience.

We have been staying here for years on our way down to Fla . This will be the last stay. Room wasnt vacuumed, no body wash, little bugs like gnats in bathroom, toilet didnt always flush and then there were the Roaches. Wanted me to join their rewards program for a discounted future stay due stated above, so no refund. The bed was comfy.

Every time I book this location through Expedia and pay at the hotel, I get 2 pending charges for the total. So for 1-2 days, 2 pending totals are in my AMEX. Today, I was charged once (ok) but the other pending exact charge still is pending. Will it stop off? Be charged and get a credit??? Come on… why can’t this be figured out. The GM was helpful in “reversing” charge or something, but this needs to be straighten out. Now I have to check my AMEX every day and see what happens. I notified AMEX so they are documenting the issue. Let’s get this fixed!

The filters in the aircondtioners need cleaned. Both rooms we stayed in had not been cleaned . I had requested them to be checked before ck in and they were not. Other then that everything else was clean.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times and have generally had a pretty good 4 star experience. HOWEVER this time around was so disappointing. Our room floor was filthy. We actually had to wear hard bottom slippers/shoes the entire time. It was clear the floor hadn’t been swept and mopped for some time. Housekeeping services were extremely slow, which caused massive laundry and trash pile ups. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and seek out additional towels and sheets. We stayed for nearly a week and almost every day our room cards timed out, preventing us from accessing the room. The guests directly above us were extremely loud and inconsiderate allowing either small children and pets to run up and down the room between the hours of 12am and 6am. The temperature in the room was either frigid or scorching, so I’m assuming the thermostat was also malfunctioning. The hotel double charged us and acted clueless on how to reverse one of the charges, leading me to initiate a bank dispute. I also found it odd that hotel staff literally competed for breakfast food intended for guests during guest breakfast hours. It was extremely Inappropriate. Not sure if this hotel is under new management but I’d think twice about staying here again. I filed a complaint with corporate.

Spontaneous booking, great experience.
Great, reasonable pet-fee. Our drive down the east coast his unexpected traffic delays and we needed a last minute place to rest overnight and this property was excellent. Clean, comfortable, safe, and pet-friendly.
