The floor was not vacuumed in the first room we went in also the second - found debris and a sewing needle on the floor. Breakfast was lousy also compared to other Hamptons we’ve been in. On a positive note the front desk gave us a second room immediately and was genial about it. Bathrooms were OK.

Mixed review on this Hampton Inn

Air conditioning was great so sleep was very good. The cleanliness was not good at all. I stay in many hotels a year, many are Hampton Inns. Very disappointed in the housekeeping…dirt, hair, ugh.

Nice folks...no hot water

The front desk folks were very nice. Only issue was no hot water in the shower. I'm waiting to hear on my bill getting adjusted for the inconvenience.

Twice we were disturbed by housekeeping on the morning of our checking out. When I complained to the manager I was told it is somewhat of a guessing game who checks out reason why they knock on doors. Why can't front desk let housekeeping know when a guest checked out and the room can be cleaned ??

Disappointed.

Accommodations provided clean and refresh only if requested. We requested clean towels and bed; however, neither occurred. Night staff at desk and breakfast was courteous, day staff was not. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was not clean.
