Took over an hour to get my reservation...it was made in Jan but was not at hotel when we arrived. Expedia made it right but it was an inconvenience to stand around waiting to get a room ..in fact the clerk kept telling us we could just pay for our room...which had already been paid in full at time of booking. It was finally resolved but really aggravating.

Our room

There was a swarm of bugs in our room, least a hundred of them. Couldn’t tell what they were. There was a clump of hair in our sink. Gross! Lastly, we were excited to have breakfast. When we got there though, there was no pancakes. Nor was there spoons. Sadly our stay was not a good time.

Was a bit skeptical reserving this place, but the room we got on the second floor was clean and looks to have been renovated. Slept well there for the night with my kids. Manager was nice, friendly, and very helpful with all of us.
