We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Due to the fact that the room they put us in was not clean, beds were made.The towels were used and the bathroom was disgusting.Also, the sheets and budding were not clean either. The breakfast was okay, but individual servings for things like butter It was not permitted, apple juice, milk and other juices were not yet available. The indoor pool is not heated, and the hot tub is broken.

This was canceled at the property… the dates were for Feb. 20th…. I n veg even stayed in the hotel wax town gif my husbands funeral… all the room were dirty… the front desk guy was nice and tried to find a clean room, but to no avail… looked at 3 different rooms. All of them were full of hair and the floors were sticky and full of crumbs, one room had spiders on the bed. When reported the next morning management didn’t care… tried to make me pay anyway

I booked then seen some bad reviews and was nervous. I cant speak on all rooms but our kind suite room 311 was perfectly fine for an older hotel trying to upgrade. There were no bugs in the room as soom reviews said. The room was hot, hard to cool off but there was blowing a.c The bed was very comfortable but the pull out bed needs a new top because felt nonexistent. The pool area is decent and the pool is nice just small but the hot tub was old water, stagnant and didnt work on wall to even turn on. We didnt eat breakfast but did see how they say cant take food to room to eat, very strict on that. I would stay here again based off this trip.

I usually do not leave reviewed but this property is definitely worth the time. The place is dirty. I stayed in 311 and when walking up the starts the carpets are disgustingly dirty and the place has an unpleasant smell. On the window of the third floor there was a wasp on the inside. The room had hair from the previous occupants the furniture needs to be replaced badly! I sat on the couch and the only reason it didn’t sink all the way down was because of the bed inside. The air conditioner was so loud when it came on. There was a television in the bedroom that didn’t work had to call the front desk. That was the only good part of the experience. The front desk attendant was very nice. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all especially for the price

Disappointed

The hotel showed age with worn carpets in the hallways and stairs. And the one elevator was also well used. Our room was a suite and was sparsely furnished with hardwood (faux) floors. It was clean but didn’t look like any of the photos for the property. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm during our stay that contributed to our unfavorable experience. We left early and passed on the breakfast that seemed decent. The hotel is in a good location just off l-95 and is pet friendly. This is certainly a major appeal to many people as it was full the night we stayed.

Disappointing Stay

Hot tub "out of order". Tub shower really needs regrout. Bathroom door hard to close. Some equipment in the breakfast area not working. Property overall in need of updates. When we came down for breakfast we learned that the fire alarm had gone off earlier but we never heard it up on the third floor.
