The property is beautiful. I loved it. The lady at front desk, Myesha was amazing. Some guys woke us up about 4 am outside our room talking. My only complaint. Other than that i loved it.

Nice stay- but don’t charge pet fees for evacuees!
Everything was great! The only thing is… they charged a hundred bucks for our pets to stay. We evacuated from Milton and this was the ONLY hotel available, and we got the last room (several hundred miles away from where we live, which was in the direct path of the hurricane). Why, in a natural disaster, can yall not waive pet fees?! This is why people leave their pets behind in storms! It costs a small fortune to evacuate. Do better, Best Western.

People working at front desk and breakfast bar were great. Properly is old and did not appear to have access to front desk area without going up steps. My bathtub faucet pulled away from the wall, the sink was stained, and the room seemed old. There was a wastebasket in the bed area but not in the bathroom. Bed mattress was very used and saggy unless I slept in the middle of the bed.
