Arrived late, the hotel sent detailed emails with photos, on how to access the car park and check in. Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety on offer. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely book again if ever back in Brugge.

Convenient hotel, located in the center of beautiful Bruges, one of the most beautiful towns I have seen — and I dare say the most beautiful in all of Belgium. We only spent one night, but the room had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the building has wooden floors so you hear everyone walking around. Also, we were in the room beside the lift which meant people were waiting outside our door. But the location is good - central, but not in a noisy area in general. There was an event going on one night which was noisy but i put ear plugs in (they dont stop the vibration if people's feet on hard floors though).

Lovely hotel in a good location

The location was excellent for us. Although a late night bar close by makes a lot of noise through the night so you can't really have the windows open. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Public car park nearby. We had a top floor quad room. It was nice, although there are a couple of stains on the carpet and had to leave the taps running for over 10 minutes until the hot water came through. Also the heating seemed random. Occasionally chilly then too hot over night. We would stay here again though.
