Wonderful hotel! Location is perfect-one block to main square, within walking distance to all sites, shops and restaurants. Hotel is a beautiful, historical "mansion". Lobby area is comprised of small parlor-type rooms. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are decent size with comfortable bedding. HIghly recommend.

This was a beautiful hotel. Lots of different places to set and have drinks with friends and family. The staff was great and very friendly. They made dinner reservations for us. Our sink leaked and there was no maintenance on the grounds. It was late and the lady from the desk came and fixed it. They let me have wine from the mini bar free of charge for our inconvenience

This hotel is lovely. Especially it’s Christmas time so the decorations were absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and kind from the beginning to the end. I didn’t like the room. The lights were too dim and there was an old stain on the carpet and the pillows were lumpy. I did ask for a soft pillow but it was small and too soft this time. That’s the only unfortunate thing I experienced in this hotel. For a five star hotel I expected the pillows would be perfect. But apart from that everything was lovely. It’s in the centre of everything that one would visit. Lots of restaurants around and shops and beautiful humongous Christmas tree in the centre of the market. It is safe to walk at night and very convenient to walk around.

Hotel parking unacceptable and very dangerous. 30 euros per day for an underground parking with an elevator in extermely narrow spaces, nearly scratched my car, and also drove around the building in Bruges narrow streets to park in , as there were another four cars to park out. I would not recommend due to parking . Receptionists with very " teaching " manners. The Hotel should stop providing own parking.

A wonderful stay in the old part of the hotel. An amazing location, beautiful hotel with helpful staff and a delicious breakfast. The room was luxurious and well presented with a huge comfortable bed. The towels were a little tired but that’s not a deal breaker - We definitely would return and recommend!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Then when checking in online, we were asked to pay an extra price for a cot. That's like paying for an adult to stay in a hotel, then asking them to pay for their bed. The cot should be included, if the infant has already been paid for. We made do with our bassinet pram instead.
