Great place to stay in Bruges

This hotel is great and i recommend it. Checking in and out was a breeze. It is well located, room we had (luxury) was very spacious, comfortable and modern. Small touches like usb plugs, a usable fridge and a safe make a difference. Breakfast buffet was excellent it had almost everything you can ask for. Smoked salmon was a plus. Had some minor issues that were quickly resolved, Amber at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Will book again next time in Bruges!

This hotel was decent! The decor was lovely and I appreciated the fridge in the room, the chocolates etc.The elevator didn't go to the main floor most of the day (I'm sure there was a reason) and the pillows were horrific but the location was nice and quiet.

Excellent hotel in a great location, only 10 min walk from the train station and close to many great places to eat, drink and explore. Our room was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at the Duke’s Academie hotel several times. It is well located for exploring Bruges. Staff are friendly and helpful - we had an issue with a smell in the room (drains) which they looked at straight away. Unfortunately it didn’t quite go away but was bearable. The hotel does an excellent breakfast.

The hotel was lovely and the hotel staff were great, but the value of the stay being at New Year’s Eve prices wasn’t up to the standard expected for the price. Would recommend out of season at normal prices.

Lovely setting, relatively close to the railway, quiet, cobbled street and close to many places of interest. Nice room, bed, amenities and breakfast. Daily drinking water was appreciated. Only grumble was a bit of mould in the bathroom - likely from a faulty extractor fan. Easily fixed. Will likely return
