There was a dirty sock in my room while the restroom was also dirty. I would think that since we reserved more than a three weeks ago it would be clean and ready but it was not. I have a picture of the dirty sock if needed.

A ritzy and expensive hotel that completely lacked the amenities that would have been helpful. We were there because of a conference and there was no effort to meet the special schedule of the guests (the conference, involved field trips that began as early as 5 AM.) $15 breakfast available only after 6, no coffee available until then. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and there is always 24 hour complimentary coffee in the lobby. Lighting in rooms inadequate and just plain weird-the bathroom light was triggered when you entered it, and it flooded the room whole room. Multiple touches on switch sometimes turned it off, but not always. Not appreciated by your sleeping hotel mate! WiFi “free” only upon giving them your email and permission to receive promotional material. I don’t see us staying in another Hilton Garden Inn ever again.

Clean rooms and restrooms, plenty of parking and in a quiet, nice area. Close to Sam’s and 4 minute drive to Walmart if needed. They have a lot of options at the store in the lobby (albeit a bit expensive but that’s pretty much standard). Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant or grab breakfast but I would stay again and would recommend :).

If you offer restaurant and bar there should be hours posted. And if it is weather permitting. Staff utilization of front parking is unfair to guest.
