This was our second visit to this hotel. Our first experience was five star; we stayed in the newly renovated portion of the hotel. This time we were placed in the older hotel which isn’t as nice. Checkin was not handled appropriately this time for several of us since we weren’t provided with details on how to get elevators to work.

We stayed in one of the apartment rooms. It had a full kitchen including a full stove with oven and full sized fridge. The appliances were outdated but worked. The room was very clean, although again, outdated. The carpet was very rough and the bed was one with springs. Bedding was sufficient and comfortable. Check-in was confusing because there are two separate bldgs so they could make it more clear which bldg to check in. The restaurant had very good food with outdoor seating although they were allowing a customer to smoke his cigar which wasn't very enjoyable. The breakfast was good, but they were short staffed and were not able to keep things filled. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who asks about a place to stay in Broken Bow for a very decent price.

Quaint hotel
It is a very nice old hotel that has been completely re molded. Room had a queen bed, bathroom and a full kitchen, full size refrigerator with coffee maker. Hotel bar and restaurant with excellent food and service.you have to park on the street to unload them move your vehicle to a parking garage across the street is only negative thing

It was comfortable but dated room, still use keys to get in rooms, took a while to get a key that worked. New east addition is the one to stay in, we have stayed there earlier this year and great! Time to update the older section!

Our stay here was comfortable and we felt safe. It is an older hotel so if you are a bit snoody then this isn’t the place for you. In saying that it does have updated beds, nice sheets, nice pillows, and the shower was very nice. Good selection for breakfast for people who eat the standard American diet but not for plant based eaters. I do not fault them for that though. I would stay here again.

A glimpse of years gone by
We had a suite which was restored with old refrigerator, old stove, and older furniture. Very clean with structural integrity of years gone by. The ceiling was beautifully decorated, the lights were dated, and colors of a time gone by. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone.
