Overall a good stay

7 of us stayed over New Year and I think were the only residents because on leaving we were told our luggage couldn't be stored for the day because they were closing the hotel. However, the rooms were good, it was very quiet, breakfast was adequate but unmonitored. E.g. orange juice ran out quickly and no one refilled it. Nice simple mix of hot and cold foods to keep everyone happy. For the price we couldn't grumble too much though. The hotel isn't too far away from the town centre, the 10-15 min walk did us some good. Thanks

Basic, clean and tidy,

The aparthotel was ok. I expected there to be a kitchenette but there was none. Basically it was a no frills hotel with minimal staff. But it was clean and tidy, the bathroom left a little to be desired, but I’ve seen worse. The only problem was access and this is not the hotels fault in any way. The city authorities have taken up all the roads in the area and sat av cannot find a way through! I don’t know how many traffic laws I broke, but it was the only way to actually get to the hotel! It was quiet and neat. I’d recommend this for a basic night if all you want is a bed and breakfast. Nice staff.

Great hotel and value for money

Clean room, excellent breakfast with variety of choices and nice and very helpful stuff. Location it's about 20 minutes walk from center. Walls are probably thin because I could hear talking and laughing from the room next to me.

Great place for the money

It was a good enough place to stay. Area does look a little questionable but they had private ground floor garage so I felt safe. it was very clean and kept and the breakfast was great!

Great location

We selected this hotel for a short stay in Brno on our way to Praha. It's a little off the main path, but is in a quite neighbourhood and actually not that far from the city centre and transit. It was a great choice for our short stay.

Basic but good

Hotel is exactly as advertised. Rooms are basic but clean, comfortable and spacious. Covered parking at the hotel is free. Getting to the old part of town is a solid 20 minute walk and quite doable with a stop at the modern shopping centre on the way. Breakfast not great.

Visiting Brno

The hotel is a little out of the way for Brno City Centre, other than that the hotel is OK for the price. Some of the staff could have been more helpful. I will use a different hotel next time for sure.

Not bad for the price

I like to be honest in my reviews so here is the pros and cons: -Pros: cheap prices and very moderate, free garage extremely safe and 1 meter from the hotel ( from inside the hotel to the garage), 24/7 staff that is extremely helpful and cheerful ( at your service ), big room with nice AC and moderate lighting. // Cons: Very old t.v with limited selection channels , bathroom shower heads cannot be turned frontward ( therefore you either have to stick exactly under it or use it manually ; as in moving it with one hand constantly) , neighborhood is not that quiet ( past 7 am cars pass by and wake you up, at night some chit- chat and people smoking, and some drunk people [10%]), and lastly they have extremely small beds around 90 cm or less ( bed springs from 1990 so they are extremely bad for old people or people older than 45 years old ) their blankets only cover 70% of your body if your height is longer than 150 cm . In conclusion : If you will be staying 20-30 percent of the day at the hotel , then it will be good.

Bargain for price

Very clean, incredibly helpful staff (went above and beyond to do anything they could for me). Rooms were nice, full bath tub, good breakfast. Air-conditioning was broken while I visited, but I was told it would be fixed in a few days so probably not a concern about booking. A bit out of the way of the city center (takes about 18 minutes by tram to get to the main train station/city center area) but if that's not a problem for you I would definitely recommend. Great deal for the price!

More than just a great stay

Looking for extremely friendly and helpful staff? My choice in the future will be absolutely easy! Nice room, maybe not as fancy as you may expect, but just all right for what you pay for. Cleanliness everywhere, and very nice and extremely helpful receptionist was just the beginning of a great stay. Very good breakfast, garage parking and great location close to the city center, bus and train station. There are no question about my satisfaction. Enjoy...

A review

Excellent hotel, A little out of town. However public transport is a minute walk away, hotel reception sells tickets. The hotel is convenient for the Technology Park too, although on opposite sides of town the No12 tram serves both. You can also walk to the 'old town' 15/20mins without crossing any major roads, go into the back of the bus station and then through the shopping complex.
