Very good. Clean, comfortable, quiet (at least it is on the quiet side. I can't vouch for what they call the "city view" side, but I very much appreciated being offered the choice. Friendly staff, nice rooms, late bar, good location, though there's not too much immediately around the hotel because it's right on the main road.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help. The breakfast had variety but the quality of the items were average. The room had so much loud noise over night from the back street. The bedding stuff was smelling. Parking is across the street and about 10 min walk.

amazing stay!
stay was very comfortable, we were welcomed by will, who was very nice, in the evening we enjoyed complimentary cocktails, and board games. even had a photo booth. breakfast was amazing, lots of options, even had a waffle station and many hot drink options. with syrups and marshmallows. very nice stay, will definitely come back when we come to bristol! room was spacious and nice for price!

The room was comfortable and clean. I’m not feeling particularly entitled saying that when I wanted to grab a quick coffee to go from the breakfast buffet, they charged £3.25. It was a coffee machine with powdered milk. Puzzling for a hotel that wants you back, but that’s how we remember our stay.

Not a great hotel in terms of facilities and room aircon didn’t work. Front desk looked rushed and didn’t want to burden them as I thought it was for one night only. Breakfast good
