Faultless..

Weekend city break for us. Easily accessible from the train station as well as town centre. Super quiet rooms and comfy beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would defo come back

Poor for disabled visitors-no twin accessibile roo

Whilst to hotel staff were friendly & polite and the hotel itself clean and inviting we did not get what we had booked. We booked a twin accessible room, we had written communication stating this was done. Upon arrival, after a 2.5 hour drive, we were told they ONLY do a double accessible room. So we then had to choose between sleeping in the same bed or having facilities for my disabled daughter to be able to shower. We weren’t allowed both. What happens when a disabled person is travelling with a carer? Or doesn’t want to share a bed? Because it was for one night o my we opted for the twin standard room which meant my daughter could not use the shower at all. Please rethink this ableist approach to accessibile rooms Leonardo Hotel, it really isn’t good enough.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the bar staff were very attentive. It is never great to have to park off-site; however, the parking was close and the discounted price was helpful.

The staff is so friendly at this lovely hotel especially Amy at reception. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are immaculte. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk of the rail station and the old town of Bristol.
