Lovely clean airport hotel, nice rooms and great check in. only wish for a pricey ‘ on airport hotel’ there was room service for food and ultimate would be a pool. I had a long layover those things would have been the icing on the cake

Very friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Good choice for breakfast. A few of the seats in the dining room were very badly stained. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Check in was easy (especially considering it was 3 am when we arrived). Gillian on reception was very helpful and communication with her before we arrived was great. What let the stay down immensely was the breakfast in the morning. It really was dreadful. We were told that hot food would be available until 10. What they meant was that by 10 am there would be nothing left and food not topped up after about 9.30. We were left with a few very cheap, cold and tasteless sausages, anaemic scrambled egg and even had to ask for bread and milk to be topped up. Quite honestly, I would not stay again based on that alone as it wasn’t cheap to stay. Such a shame after such a wonderful trip abroad to be greeted at home by such appalling food and breakfast service

Awful stay. Arrived 4am due to in bound flights very delayed. Staff couldn’t find our booking even with full access to the booking receipt. Took an age to decide they could just allocate us a different room. We had a young child too. Then arrived at breakfast 9 45am - almost nothing available including no juice and no cooked food limited cutlery. When I asked for some cooked food we were told they were closing shortly so couldn’t do anything. And didn’t. Wouldn’t return
