Absolutely terrible I’ve stayed in so many hotels around the world for work and holidays but this hotel was disgusting! No sound proofing on the door, carpet was ripped and stained everywhere, bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed and mattress was exposed and stained, air con was like a washing machine noise, broken tiles in bathroom, dirty toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, broken bed on the head board side, requested a travel cot when I booked but they said there was no record of these and I had to show them the email then when it did arrive it was broken to baby had to sleep on pillows, stains and grime on most of the walls and furniture they had not been wiped at all for a long time and to top it off baby fell against the bedside table after tripping over broken bed! Morning after when we checked out there was no asking about our stay and room, honestly hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

It was a reasonable hotel, the front of house staff were not particularly friendly. The bathroom shower was of poor quality and they were not very generous with the soap and shampoo so ended up buying some from Boots. Bed was too soft. Overpriced for what you get.

Great but I have booked 2 single beds but I got it 1 double with the toilet for the disabled people. It was noisy from the bathroom fan all night.

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. I didn’t realise I parked in small hotel car park. On check out I was told it was for disabled or drop offs. Hopefully won’t get a ticket. Good breakfast, but the room was freezing cold due to air con. Food could have been hotter.

It was ok
Positives - The room was a good size and comfortable. The room was made up every day. Location was very convenient allowing us to walk everywhere. Negatives - On arrival the bed linen was clean but looked like it had been slept in (which I’m sure it hadn’t been), the sheets were very crushed. The room was above an underpass which attracted loud drunk people throughout the night. The stairwell with an emergency exit attached to the underpass had a string smell.

Fantastic central location, free parking at nearby Cabot Circus. Broken shower head holder, reported to staff, fixed with a rubber band rather than a proper fix. Otherwise all satisfactory.

City Centre hotel with the best car park close by
We always stay at the Future Inn when we come to Bristol. It’s value for money, very handy parking and the staff are always helpful and friendly. An issue with our room door not opening was dealt with swiftly and resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you to all the staff that helped this weekend.

We stayed here for a wedding. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, staff very friendly, good central location. You can park in the multi storey next door and get your ticket validated so free parking. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but would definitely recommend.
