Nice hotel but i wasnt aware of the parking charges when i booked. Then had 2 diferent prices for parking. The staff were lovely, and the warm cookie on arrival was lovely. Bed and pillows were rock hard.

Check-in was good when we got to our room there was tissue in the bin with blood on it and when we told the cleaner she just come in and pick the tissue up with her hand didn’t even give us a clean bag the spiders in our bathroom, there was still missing in the bathroom And it was so cold in the night. We had to get the baby out the travel court and put him in bed with us cause it was so cold awful Breakfast beans were warm sausages were tough.

Hotel looks fantastic from the outside. Fabulous grounds and very nice views Inside it was a little tired and disappointing. Parking for blue badge was down the hill from reception, not good! Room was ok, if a bit tired and bed was comfy but pillows were a bit hard I had a breakfast but was very disappointed for £15....

Rip off parking, false communication. Comfortable.
Disappointing that a hotel charges you for overnight parking on top of the £170odd pound room. Even more disappointing to be emailed twice to be told parking is £7.50 per night before arriving to be then told it will be £10 on arrival and sorry we can't do anything about it. The tiny amount of money is irrelevant, the principle is however is much more.
