Stayed on the 9th floor, this resides over a bridge and is accessed via the 3rd floor only, signage could be clearer, Breakfast ok, lots of Choice, but staff friendly and helpful. Good location, Parking near by, but still a walk of approximately 10 minutes away,

Everything was good except the TV is of a poor quality and the channels are really randomly organised. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and there was no explanation of why that happened!!!

Very nice hotel

Lovely stay in the Bristol Clayton hotel. We were initially given a small triple room, when we were expecting a double room. The lovely staff very happily sorted it out for us, and we had a very comfortable stay. Great location for exploring Bristol. Can recommend the Belgian bar opposite, the strawberry thief!

Lovely stay staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel was spotlessly clean our room was lovely and again spotless. Plenty of choice at breakfast to feed even the fussiest of eaters. 100% recommend andwill definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable, and found the breakfast to be a good value. The location was nice, not in the hustle-bustle, but close enough to get there fairly conveniently. We were bummed that we could not check in early, but them’s the breaks. When we arrived, there was a crowd of people in the lobby all waiting for the clock to strike 3 so they could check in. I would stay here again.

Great location for a city break

Delightful stay in a modern hotel room in central Bristol. We were pleased with nearly everything! The room was available early, it was clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. The shower is excellent! The fan did not work and needs fixing to avoid steaming up the room. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
