This was the perfect place to stay to explore Brisbane. A short walk to the Southbank parklands, restaurants, ferries and walking bridges. We loved it!

The reception desk staff were very helpful in getting us checked in . It was a relatively short walk from the AirTran station to the hotel. But we got caught in a downpour of rain. They quickly gave us towels and sped up the housekeeping staff to let us access our room.

Got upgraded for free. Found out during the night the aircon in our room didn’t work at all. The elevator hallway was cooler than our room. Cold showers in the morning as no hot water available

Amazing location right by south bank, very good stay and fast internet. Staff were great as well. Walkable to almost everywhere and short distance to ferry terminal to take you around Brisbane. We travelled with 9 people including small children.

Good room and friendly staff. Would have been 5 stars other than the adjacent room letting their door slam closed multiple times within 10 minutes around 6am Friday. Door closer issue possibly. Only 2 coffee mugs supplied and the dishwasher did not clean them, when we used the sachet of dishwashing liquid to hand wash them it was not replaced. Inconvenient.
