A lot of road noise in room even though on 5th floor.
Never used virtual keys etc before so had trouble with that. Phone number available and staff very helpful

We had a great stay at this aparthotel, it was very well located - only a few bus stops from South Bank and easy to get into the CBD. The apartment itself was clean, modern & very comfortable. The best part was the rooftop pool, hot tub, steam room & sauna, with an amazing view of the Brisbane skyline. Highly recommend!
Great amazing room! Wish they had bigger options so we could come back and bring all the kids as it was central to everything, clean, thoughtful (washing machine and dryer in one, washing liquid). Comfortable beds, clean, will stay here again if it’s just my husband and I
Woolworths close by. Stayed for 4 nights and room wasn't serviced once. Where you take rubbish to disposal chute was very unpleasant - there was a very overpowering and sickening smell (not from rubbish).
After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient.
Apart from the electronic chechin not working and messing around with a fob and also 6 am fire alarm going off.
Things where ok l have stay 3 times there now.
The hotels pool on the roof became a destination for sunbathing and even a meal om the patio. The area has everything you could possibily want from excellent resteraunts, grocery stores, coffee shop and even a theater
