My cruise was extended due to a CYCLONE so I was unable to make my booking. I spoke to a staff member that said they would change my booking date free of charge for the day I got off the cruise. The next day I was told the booking was cancelled and no refund. I had to find somewhere else to stay with 1 day notice and loose out on money for something out of my control.

The check in process was completely done by sms. No human contact. I spent so much of my time waiting for code to be sent to me. I could hear my neighbours clearly. The room was in desperate need of maintenance if not a renovation. Carparks were small. I'm not very tall so it didn't bother me but my husband who is of normal height struggled with the shower height. He couldn't get his head under with bending his knees.

They do check ins via an app on your phone. They are supposed to send a text with the codes. I had to ring up twice for the code. Was not a good experience waiting in the heat witj a crying baby. You pay 50 dollars for an early check in by the way. Sounds like its some lady working from home checking people in. She didn't even send the code properly. She left out the room code. Luckily she emailed me the code or she would of got another phone call. You guys really need to review who works for you. The chef is actually friendly and cooks delicious meals. He is on his own. So is quite busy. When you text the number for room service. He is the one you text. He takes all orders cooks meals and personally delivers, as well as taking any orders for people that rock up to the restaurant.

I’m not happy about requesting a late checkout costing $50, which was almost half of the total cost of my stay being $160. Then when that was approved and paid for, the next day we went to the pool and went to enter the room again but our code wasn’t working. When we contacted the customer service they attempted to reset the code but this didn’t work either, thankfully the cleaner let us into the room with a generic code, so we were basically forced to stay in the room until checkout time since we didn’t want to risk being locked out again. In my opinion not having anyone on site for reception is not safe or convenient, and I won’t be staying here again

Rooms a little bit run down, but comfortable beds and everything you need. Good bathroom facilities, easy check in and super responsive and helpful staff. Close transport to and from the airport. Thank you

Old and run down. The beds in our room was so terrible we left at 12.30am and drove home. Uncomfortable and made us all itchy! Sad that everything is done online so saw no staff or reception.
