Front desk staff were very good. Housekeeping only did half the tasks on two of the four nights we stayed. There is a rowdy club on the corner, which we could hear on the 7th floor, and people sleeping on the sidewalks around the hotel.

This is such a fabulous hotel. The rooms facing the River have amazing views of Southbank. They are well planned rooms and very comfortable. I found the hotel very quiet and its city location is terrific in every aspect.

Staying at Ibis made our NRL magic round enjoyable. The walking distance around the city was convenient, and catching the ferry was a highlight. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were great at check-in. Very quick the breakfast very basic but tasty and done the job the room nice and clean and comfortable. The only downside is the homeless people sleeping out the front and making a mess
