I have stayed twice and the first time was a year ago there was a general improvement all round I thought. However again the card system to open the door continues to be problematic. Fortunately late at night when I first arrived it was easy but several times to and from very light breakfast it was difficult. However the pressure in the shower was blissful.

It was nice enough for one night. Bathroom was okay though the light took a long time to turn on after pressing the switch. The bedding and towels were clean but the floor was not. I kept getting things stuck to my feet so ended up wearing shoes when walking round the room. The bed was very nice and comfortable.

The property is okay. It’s location is convenient for traveling, clean room but without any shampoo, almost empty body wash when I arrived, and no hand soap. Had to buy my own but I didn’t mind. I noticed a couple of people staying there close to my room were out refilling their body wash while I went to get a clean towel when the cleaners and hotel service people cleaned up the empty rooms. I had to take my own rubbish out and change my bin bags. When I asked for some tea, I was given one. I find the employees hard to approach, no smile or welcoming effort as if they don’t want to be there. I’m sure they can do better.
