Nice and stylish room. Could have been cleaner, walls were dusty particularly in toilet area and had water / liquid marks on some. Price is high for what you get. The lack of its own parking was annoying. Had to park a whole block away and pay a high additional fee to park there. Buffet Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend that. Nice location walking distance to Queen street shopping district.

When you’re after a little magic in Brisbane
Beautiful hotel. We love the Harry Potter look entrance and simply adore the butterfly themed hallways. One night was not enough because you ran out of bento boxes so now we have to break our “1 night in a différent hotel each time we travel” and come back.

The staff was lovely, and the location was fine, but the room was terrible. It was dark with a really small window and it felt very claustrophobic. I left a day earlier than I needed to, that is how much I disliked it.

The staff were very helpful. We didn't have cell service, they made a couple of calls for us when we had a couple of issues with travel and excursions. And were more than willing to discuss travel options to the airport

The Hotel Indigo was a lovely place to stay and really easy access to and from the train station to get to the airport. It was quiet, the staff were friendly and the room was delightful

While the hotel is very conveniently situated this means that it is surrounded by quite gritty urban streets - near a river crossing on/off ramp - which did not impact the amnenity of the hotel but may be less apealing to some visitors.

Great place to stay with short but enjoyable walk to the Conference Centre (marred only by the roadworks during my stay). Rooms were exceptional and modern with all relevant facilities and significant space appreciated. Izakaya and Whisky Bar setting was great, the only letdown was the limited amount of vegetarian options for both breakfast and dinner.
