We stayed 3 nights was told rooms serviced every second day but was not serviced during our 3 days we were there.Also the hot water for the hand basin was very poor. But the hotel was in a very convenient position for walking to the Southbank

This hotel really caters for the business traveler, in one day out the other. No suitcases or hanging clothing as there is no case rack and only a very small cupboard. Its a very small compact room to some travelers.

Good location short walk from Roma St Station and Queen Street Mall but Air conditioning unit was outdated and dirty. Found a used face towel when i first arrived in the room.
