Quite difficult to find the main entrance but apart from that enjoyed staying here. Had a great view of the marina from our room and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is well situated with a number of restaurants/cafes nearby and free parking in Brighton is very unusual! Only downside if you could call it that is it’s about 2 miles from the centre of Brighton. However I’d certainly recommend it.

Two night stay in early April, had a balcony room overlooking marina and loved it. Weather was fantastic so could open up the bifold doors and really enjoy the sun. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent. There are certainly cheaper dining options very close by but

Lovely Hotel with a few problems

Beautiful hotel unfortunately encountered a few problems A lot of dust and dirt in the room for the most part it was okay but dusty in places The air conditioning unit didn’t work the whole night was spent sweating and tossing and turning (Hotel later apologised and gave us a fan) Lovely hotel with friendly staff just needs a bit more attentive clean the air con system breaking was annoying but out of everyone’s hands
