Lovely hotel

Hotel rooms were spacious and lovely. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning is at request which I appreciated - saves me remembering to put up a do not disturb sign. Only negative for me was the room got a lot of light in the early hours, so I woke at 5am repeatedly, could maybe do with blackout blinds? It didn't spoil my stay though.

Satisfactory stay thank you. Very basic hotel, pretty good location. Clean. Quite a bit of noise from the corridor but we weren’t disturbed too much. Easy check in and check out.

I payed £99 for two nights walking distance to live bands and all the stunning places to eat. Room was good and the breakfast. Only thing you should know i arrived on Sunday for 2.00pm check in parked my car in Regency square car park as advised by the hotel as it's just a few minutes walk. Sunday cost me £37 and the Monday was £25 . Parking is very expensive in Brighton.

well, this used to be Student Hotel, and it shows, as a couple, celebrating a birthday, it was disappointing. the rooms are very small, and not suitable for 2 people, a small double bed, only 1 chair, 1 table on 1 side of the bed. The T.V is in the middle of the room, so impossible for a couple to watch romantically together (with only 1 single chair). no complimentary tooth brush, no dressing gown, no house slipper (we went out and brought a pair) - oh! and i nearly slipped over in the shower, very slippery floor....not worth the price i paid (£140) for 1 night

Really enjoyed my stay at the Britannia Study Hotel. The location was excellent, really convenient for buses, train station, city centre shops and the seafront. The room was in good condition and nice and clean. It also had a fridge, which was a great bonus. I liked the fact that breakfast was included. There was a good range of breakfast options, hot and cold. Only a couple of things to flag up for improvement. My room only had a single bedside table on one side of the bed, even though it was a double room and there was plenty room on the other side of the bed for another one. I was there on my own, so it didn't particularly bother me, but for a couple, that would be quite annoying, particularly as the only room lighting options were a very bright overhead ceiling light or a very dim bedside light built into the one bedside table. Also, with regards to the breakfast, I'm pretty sure the scrambled eggs had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least a couple of hours, as they were very dry and rubbery, plus the staff member on duty wasn't exactly proactive about topping up things that were running low. But those are a couple of minor niggles. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Brighton.

Excellent stay for 1 night. Spotlessly clean in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast again was very good. Plenty of variety and constantly replenished. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
