Bad Shower

Worst shower head ever......The nozzle was so clogged water barely came out. It was one of the king rooms with a wand shower. No pne was at desk during checkout so. compliant could not be made. Positve note when I checked in the front desk clerk was great.

We arrived in the middle of the night and had issues with the booking and technology but the staff was so friendly and accommodating. He helped us out, got us checked in with no issues and was generous with toiletries we had forgotten. The room was clean, smelled nice and was the perfect space to relax and rest. We ended up getting a late start to the day and checked out a couple minutes late but staff was still so kind and generous, didn’t charge us extra or make us feel like an inconvenience for checking out a little late.
