The place was very beautifully tuck up in the woods. The hill was definitely steep to make it up but we did it. We just spent one night but I would have enjoyed more if we had the time.

This hotel has the most unprofessional staff and management I have ever experienced. They are rude and completely unresponsive. If you have an issue with your stay good luck getting a hold of someone cause no one is ever there and when they are there they will do anything to avoid you. I am talking about you Emily and Brianna. I am still waiting on a phone call and refund from either of you. Don't even get me started on the amenities, it is complete false advertisement because they either are non existent or don’t work. No working sauna, no working fireplaces, and no fitness center are only a few examples of this. There is also a broken glass window at the end of the hallway on the floor that I stayed on, which is EXTREMELY concerning, especially considering the fact that management is aware of it and unwilling to do anything about it. It is such a shame because I wanted to give Brians Head Lodge the benefit of the doubt but it really was a terrible establishment and completely run down. I didn’t want to have to take things to this level but they left me no choice. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here.

Our second stay here and we were looking forward to it. Quite disappointed this time as the best had hairs all over. Very dark hairs under the covers. As we liked the hotel we asked for some clean bedding and had to make the bed ourself. I think considering we had to make our own bed I would want some sort of compensation but other then that the building is lovely.

We stayed in the king bed with fireplace suite. It had two chairs set in front of the fire and television which gave us plenty of room to sit. The staff was friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but the hours when we stayed were just for dinner, which didn’t work for our schedule.

We had the presidential suite, which was perfect for our group of four. It had a shared common space with full kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tub a perfect daily spot. Would stay again!

My family had a great stay. We came during the off season, so staffing was minimal, but they took care of what we needed. The area was quiet, and my kids loved it. There are stairs at the end of the hallway that have no other accessibility… just be cautious of that if you struggle with stairs

Could have been good, but…

The first room we had, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch and just slowing opened. No way to keep closed. The AC was on high, the room was freezing, and it wouldn’t turn down or even turn off. We could barely hear the TV even at full blast, plus it wa obnoxiously slow. The staff did give us a different room no problem. However, the bathroom door in this room did the same thing!! The TV had no signal. We messed with it and got it to sort of work, but it kept rebooting or something, going back to the main hotel page. It also kept flickering. So annoying. But we were too tired to do anything about it. The meal we had at The Lift was great and the staff there was great. The lobby coffee was so weak and luke warm and they were out of creamer.
