Left my phone at the hotel, came back for it to be told by the housekeeping that it wasn’t there and having the evidence in front of their face with using the Find My iPhone app and then reporting to the manager and then all of a sudden It was miraculously found. I don’t trust the housekeeping I would not recommend.

Few minor cleanliness issues and the room had a very weird smell - took me a while to get it aired out after turning on the AC. Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs.

Did not enjoy the stay, elevator did not work for the entire stay. Room was filthy and dirty. Walls had stains on them, chairs had stains on them, bathroom floor was sticky, blanket had holes in them and bleach stains, dresser drawers did not stay shut. Staff was not courteous!

What the hell?.
The elevator was out of service. I had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor to get to the 3rd floor where my room was. Room 316. I had knee surgery which made it difficult going up with luggage. The tub would not hold water. We had to wait until 3:00pm to check in but no towels. The air conditioner and telephone did not work in the room. This was the worst service that I have ever received and I come here every year for the festival.
