The location was perfect with easy access to main street and the ski hill. Parking was free with clear instructions. The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities.

Location, location, location. This property is centrally located to all that you could ever need. I love that you could walk just a few minutes to a handful of restaurants and shops. Check in was easy. The staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed our views from the balcony which was a bit tiny but not a deal breaker. Bed was very comfortable. My only critique is that the rooms and furniture are quite dated. But again for us that was not a dealbreaker as it got the job done and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Was my first time to Breckenridge and the location couldn’t have been better. The room was fully stocked with everything you could need. Was walking distance to everything. Enough things almost right across the street that even though it was cold and snowing most of the days you could still do things and not worry about the weather.

Amazing location, close to restaurants and bars!

Overall the condo was great and great location, close to amazing restaurants and bars. May I suggest having an instruction sheet for the TVs. Seems like the family before did something to the TVs and were off the network. I tried to reconnect but nothing worked. Thank God I had my iPad to watch my shows at night.

The property was awesome! We loved the room and the proximity to the town. We didn’t check out the amenities but they seemed awesome. The only thing is the front desk was a little rude to us, but you don’t have to interact with them other than check in/out.

The apt was clean when we arrived. It's perfect for a couple, quite spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Main St with plenty of shops and restaurants and also do peak 9.

Disappointing stay

Bathroom shower dripped terribly all night. Toilet makes a really screeching sound when flushed. 3 of 6 lights above the bathroom sinks were burnt out. I called front desk about electric fireplace not working. She said someone would take a look following day. Never got fixed and does not work. Lots of rock/gravel on the carpet right as you walked in.

The perfect location if you’re skiing in Breckenridge. Ski valet in the resort and in walking distance to the lifts! The room had plenty of space, kitchen and living room with an incredible view. After a day in the mountain, it’s also walking distance near dinning, shopping and everything you need in town. I never touch my car from checkin to checkout. I had a small issue with the room and the staff quickly addressed it. Will definitely stay here again.

Beds and pillows were cheap and terrible. Great location but at bare minimum bring your own pillows. Bed was a cheap stiff spring mattress.
